Merchandise Availability:
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will back order that item for you and ship the other in-stock items. Your packing slip will indicate back-ordered items.
As soon as the back-ordered merchandise arrives in our warehouse, we will ship it directly to you.

Sales & Use Tax Information:
For "Personal Orders," we are required by law to collect and remit applicable sales tax for shipments made to Ohio . As of August 2003, Ohio state law requires that freight be taxed as well.

Delivery information:
All Orders: Will ship within 24 hours via FedEx (in the time frame requested). No post office box addresses will be accepted.

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the invoice date.
